Festival of Fun Fees 2026
The following sliding scale will be used to determine fees for the Shack Festival of Fun Summer Program. As a non-profit organization, these funds are used to support the continuation of our child care programs and community support initiatives.

| $73,700 to $94,000 | $1,400 |
| $65,700 to $73,699 | $1,100 |
| $57,870 to $65,699 | $1,000 |
| $49,700 to $57,869 | CCRC Eligible* or $850 |
| $41,700 to $49,699 | CCRC Eligible* or $750 |
| $25,001 to $41,699 | CCRC Eligible* or $650 |
| $25,000 and under | Child Care Resource Center (CCRC) Eligible* or $625 |
+ a $75.00 per child non refundable registration fee required at time of application
The following costs are already included in your payment:
- Breakfast, lunch, and snacks (provided daily).
- Supplies for crafts, activities, and games (provided in accordance with the activity schedule).
- Attendance to our reading and homework assistance program (provided optionally twice a week).
- Attendance to educational and recreational programming led by various organizations and guest speakers (large events planned once a week/subject to change).
- Access to Shack resources, such as the pool and garden (available as scheduled during programming times).
Please include a copy of the first page (s) of your 2025 Form 1040 US Individual Income Tax Return for all household members. We will use line 11- your adjusted gross income to determine your fees. Entire household income MUST be reported regardless of marital status.
If more than one child attends, each additional child receives a 20% discount from the fee listed. Failure to make payment will jeopardize your child’s continued attendance. To ensure proper credit, payments must be made through your Procare account or by cash or check paid in the office upstairs.
* If approved for CCRC – Any parent fees assigned by the state are waived, providing attendance at no cost for families
* If you are approved for CCRC after payment has been made – refunds will be available

How to Apply:
To apply for services, visit the CCRC
location listed above.
You can walk in and complete your
application with a caseworker.
Be prepared to provide the following:
- Birth Certificate
- A copy of your license
- One month of pay stubs
Important Date:
Begin applying June 1st
- If you already receive CCRC assistance, you must contact them to complete a form adding The Shack as a provider.
- When you receive approval or denial, please inform us.
- We will need the provider copy of the certificate once issued and signed by the parent.
If approved for CCRC – Parent fees are waived, making attendance free for families. If approved after making a payment – Refunds will be available.
Payment Plan Options
Payment Plans are available, with both online and in person payments accepted. Credit/debit payments are now accepted. Online payments are made through the Procare system. In person payments must be made at The Shack building (follow the red door to the office upstairs). Please select from one of the options below:

- Full Payment: Accepted until April 24th
- Two Payments:
- Payment 1 Due: April 24th
- Payment 2 Due: May 22nd
- Four Payments:
- Payment 1 Due: April 24th
- Payment 2 Due: May 8th
- Payment 3 Due: May 22nd
- Payment 4 Due: June 5th
If you are planning to apply for CCRC or scholarship please let us know, otherwise payment must be received in full prior to the start of camp.
Other options are available upon request
If there are current outstanding balances on your account, payment arrangements to cover the prior
balances will need to be made before registration for summer camp can be completed.
